I am constantly wondering where the time has gone. Some days take forever some days I feel like I was just waking up two seconds ago. I have listed some tools that help with managing your day and how to use them.
Clocks: preferably analog. I have them every where in my house, including my bathroom. If I have a good visual on time as it passes I can be less frantic.
Note: if you don't wear a watch, consider it. How many times have you picked up your phone to see the time and started clearing notifications instead?
